Clubhouse Calendar

The clubhouse (not pool or patio) is available to residents to rent for themselves or to sponsor for $250.00 Reservations are made and managed through Magnolia Realty resident portal or by contacting Magnolia Realty at (334)246-0770.   Please check the calendar on the portal for available dates. 

Beginning with events scheduled for 

January 1, 2026, the fee for rental of the clubhouse will be $250.00
