Clubhouse Calendar

The clubhouse (not pool or patio) is available to residents to rent for themselves or to sponsor for $250.00 Reservations are made and managed through Magnolia Realty resident portal or by contacting Magnolia Realty at (334)246-0770.   Choose your date, complete the reservation form and pay the rental fee.  Your date is confirmed when payment and completed form are received.  

Beginning with events scheduled for 

January 1, 2026, the fee for rental of the clubhouse will be $250.00
