Board of Directors

The East Lake Homeowners Association Board of Directors is comprised of six residents who volunteer their time to oversee the business and maintenance of the neighborhood. Each member serves a 3 year term.  If you are interested in serving either as a Board Member, Committee Member, or Committee Chair, please contact a current member for more information.

The ARC meets to review approval of Exterior Improvements and enforce Covenants.  All changes to the original submitted building and landscape plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee BEFORE you begin. Please complete the digital form below.

At the last meeting of the ARC, the following rule was passed and is Effective Immediately: 

“Any resident whose pet defecates on property other than his own and fails to immediately pick up such feces, shall be subject to a fine of $100, (one hundred dollars), by the ARC.”
